2023 NOV.Loyalty Award and Human Resources Experience Center【Opening】

On November 28, 2023, the opening ceremony of ETPL Loyalty Award and Human Resource Experience Center was held in Zhenjiang Factory.

The event was hosted by Hong Shengdong, Minister of Human Resources. Huang Yong, Vice President of Geely Technology Group, Fan Yaobing, General manager of ETPL, Ding Ruihua, senior manager of Digital and shared human resources of Geely Technology Group, Deputy general manager of various business lines of ETPL and business backbone of the department, a total of more than 60 people attended the event.

Loyalty Award Presentation

The Loyalty Award is an honorary award established to recognize employees who have been loyal to the company for a long time and have paid hard work. These winners not only performed well in their work, but also made outstanding contributions to the development of the company with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism.

The winners of the 5-year loyalty Award were Zheng Jincai from the Engineering Department and Luo Lu from the Human Resources Department of Ningguo Factory, and the winners of the 15-year Loyalty award were Xu Jun from the research and Development Management Department, together with Huang Yong and Fan Yaobing.

Mr. Fan made a speech after the Loyalty award, in which he thanked the winners for their efforts, and hoped that the company would have more loyalty Award winners in the future, looking forward to everyone growing together with the company.

Human Resources Experience Center Opening Ceremony

After Minister Hong introduced the development history of the Group's human Resource Experience Center and the evolution of its responsibilities, a lively unveiling ceremony and opening cake cutting were held on site.

At the end of the opening ceremony, Mr. Huang Yong delivered a speech. In his speech, he first expressed his congratulations on the opening of our human resource experience Center, and then asked for more development of human resource experience products for employees to experience, and placed high hopes on the good operation of our human resource experience center.
